An eight week course held on Monday afternoons during the school term from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. The course is suitable for young people aged 12 to 16 years.
Yoga is an excellent practice for young people who are by nature courageous, curious and quick to learn. It is a means for them to learn about themselves through a wide range of body movements. Yoga can help ride all the changes that take place for a young growing person both physically and psychologically.
The cost of the course is $100.00 for 8 weeks or $15.00 for casual class attendance.
