The Kensington School of Yoga was established in 1984 and is licensed to teach yoga in the method of B.K.S Iyengar. The teachers have completed teacher training in Iyengar Yoga. They are practitioners and are committed to teaching.

Students new to Iyengar Yoga are requested to complete the Introductory Course before continuing on to Level 1 classes.

New students are asked to contact the school before attending classes. Wear clothes that do not restrict your movement such as T-shirts, shorts and tights. Clean bare feet are essential. The school provides all equipment. Classes begin on time, arrive a few minutes early.

Inform the teacher of any physical/medical conditions before class begins. The school is closed on public holidays.
