Beginner classes

New beginner classes stating August 6th.

The beginner classes offer new students a firm foundation in Iyengar Yoga. They are recommended for those new to yoga or those returning to yoga after a break. You can start these classes at any time, they are ongoing every week all year.

These classes are ongoing beginner classes where the basic yoga postures are introduced and consolidated. Students can expect to spend 2 to 3 months ( longer if you wish) in these classes before attending the General 1 classes.

Tuesday 7.45pm - 8.45pm Wednesday 7am - 8am Wednesday 11.30am - 12.30am Saturday 11.30am - 12.30pm

There are 3 options for payment. Pay for a single class, purchase a 10 class ticket or pay for an unlimited 8 week card and do as many beginners classes as you wish.



Yoga for everybody 

We support students at all stages of their yoga practice. 

For those new to yoga we recommend to with the beginner classes. The beginner classes provide a firm foundation to begin your yoga practice.

From there regular practice is the key to progress. As you become more experienced you will gain a deeper understanding of your body and challenge what you’re capable of.

Advanced students build strength and clarity through a dynamic practice that contains deeper explanations of individual asanas, a range of variations and longer holding times.
