Yoga for everybody
We support students at all stages of their yoga practice.
For those new to yoga we recommend to start an 8 week introductory course (see below). The course provides a firm foundation to begin your yoga practice. Once completed you can continue to Level 1 classes.
From there regular practice is the key to progress. As you become more experienced you will gain a deeper understanding of your body and challenge what you’re capable of.
Advanced students build strength and clarity through a dynamic practice that contains deeper explanations of individual asanas, a range of variations and longer holding times.
We also offer remedial and private classes designed for those with an injury or illness that require individual attention. Get in contact with us to have a chat to find out more about these classes.
The introductory courses are designed to offer beginners a firm foundation in Iyengar Yoga. They are recommended for those new to yoga or those wishing to do a refresher course.
Each course runs for 8 weeks over which the basic yoga postures will be introduced and consolidated. On completion of the course students will be able to continue in Level 1 classes.
The cost for the course is $150. Courses are run in succession with the four school terms.

Classes run at the same time every week. Book into one of the 3 introductory courses on offer and you then have the option of attending extra classes in the other introductory courses for the duration of the eight week program.
