Kensington School of Yoga (KSY) takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting your privacy. KSY does not share any personal information with any third parties nor rent, sell, disclose or distribute your information to any outside parties.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully.

How does Kensington School of Yoga protect customer information?
All payments and orders and processed through a secure server of the highest standards. Furthermore, several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access protect all of the sensitive customer data we collect.

Credit Card details
All credit card payments are processed securely through a payment processor called “Stripe” Learn more at www.stripe.com

Kensington School of Yoga does not store any credit card information on our servers.

Returns Policy

Bookings and cancellations for workshops or courses
Refunds for courses can be made (less 20% admin/processing fee) if made more than 28 days before the the start date. For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list, in which case we will refund the payment (less a 20% admin fee). If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. Once you have committed to a course or workshop, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme. 

Refunds
There are no refunds once a course has commenced. If due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to continue your course please contact the centre.

Cancellations and refunds for passes
There are no refunds for passes.

Introductory courses
Students are encouraged to attend all ten weeks of their course. If students miss classes during their 10 or 8-week course, they are entitled to make-up  classes at another course of the same level during that term. PLEASE NOTE classes cannot be made-up once the next term's courses have commenced.

Alternative payment
If you do not want to process your order online you can make a payment by your preferred method next time you’re at the school or contact us by phone to supply your credit card details.
